Hike for hospice 

We are excited to offer Vendor opportunities for our very successful Annual Hike for Hospice event. The event will take place on Sunday, May 7th from 10am to 2:30pm at the Adjala-Tosorontio Municipal Grounds.

To participate, the vendor fee for a 10 x 10 space is only $25. We welcome all applications, but please be advised that due to limited space, you will need to be approved first in order to participate. This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Vendors must bring their own table, chairs and tent, as well as have appropriate insurance.

Vendor applications will be accepted until Monday, April 24, 2023

Please email your completed vendor application to [email protected]. Once approved, we will contact you with payment instructions. Following receipt of payment, you will receive an email with details to assist you on day of event. If payment is not received within one week of confirmation, then your space will be reassigned.
